1. Rules for Redeeming/Using Experience Vouchers:

1.a. Rules andConditions for Vouchers/Certificates purchased in the DRX Sport Webshop:

- For all purchased experiences, a Voucher/Certificate is included, which will be provided to our customers after
payment. We send it online to the registered email address. The purchase process does not require separate registration.
- The Voucher/Certificate does not display any price or name, so it can be given as a gift with peace of mind.
- The experience Voucher/Certificate is freely transferable and can be given as a gift.
- The text content on the Voucher/Certificate can be edited, making your experience gift more personalized.
- Before using the Voucher/Certificate, an appointment must be scheduled and registration is required in all cases.

- The Voucher/Certificate can only be used once!
- DRX Sport is not responsible for the loss of the Voucher/Certificate or its misuse.
- Participants join the programs at their own risk.
- The completed Vouchers/Certificates are valid for 12 months from the date of issue.
- You have the option to choose a more expensive experience than the value of the Voucher/Certificate, in which case you only need to pay the difference.
- The prices listed on our online store and promotional materials are gross prices, including VAT. We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice, which will be published on our online store.

- During the purchase process on our online store, you can modify the contents of your cart. Adding items to the cart does not constitute a purchase; you need to click the "proceed to checkout" button to complete the purchase. The contents of the cart can be checked and modified before confirming the order, and the order cannot be modified after finalizing the purchase. DRX Sport/Energia West German Hungarian Kft. will send a confirmation email about the order. In the case of online payment, the invoice has also been sent, and in the case of a bank transfer, the amount will be sent to the provided email address after the payment is received.

30-day refund guarantee:

If, for any reason, you are unable to use the purchased experience, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to notify our customer service. It's important to note that we can only refund the price of the purchased service to the person who bought it from us (for bank transfers, the refund is made within 15 business days). In cases where the offered dates/times do not suit you, we are unable to refund the price of the purchased Voucher/Certificate. We reserve the right to change event dates!

Registration for DRX Sport purchased Vouchers/Certificates:

To redeem purchased Vouchers/Certificates, you must always register directly on the DRX Sport website. Please visit the https://www.regisztracio.drive-x.eu/ section on the www.drive-x.eu website and validate your Voucher/Certificate. After successful registration, we will send a confirmation to the provided email address, along with the "Registration Ticket" attached. Please bring the "Registration Ticket" in printed form on the selected event day.

1.b. Redemption of Vouchers/Certificates purchased from partner sales, partner companies:

- Every purchased experience comes with a Voucher/Certificate.
- The Voucher/Certificate can only be used once!
- DRX Sport is not responsible for the loss or misuse of the Voucher/Certificate.
- Participants join the programs at their own risk.
- The experience Voucher/Certificate is freely transferable and can be given as a gift.
- You have the option to choose a more expensive experience than the value of your card, in which case you only need to pay the difference.
- Before using the Voucher/Certificate, scheduling and registration on the DRX Sport website are required.

Registration:

To validate Vouchers/Certificates received from partner sales, you must always register directly on the DRX Sport website. Please visit the https://www.regisztracio.drive-x.eu/ section on the www.drive-x.eu website and validate your Voucher/Certificate. After successful registration, we will send a confirmation to the provided email address, along with the "Registration Ticket" attached. Please bring the "Registration Ticket" in printed form on the selected event day.

2. Validity and Redemption of Vouchers/Certificates:

Vouchers/Certificates have an expiration date, and they are valid until that date. Expired vouchers cannot be accepted, but for an additional fee, they can be extended. Therefore, it's advisable to use your Voucher/Certificate within the specified timeframe. You have several months to do so, but please don't wait until the last moment, as our events are held on predefined dates.

Purchased vouchers can be used free of charge between January 1 and October 1 of the given season, regardless of the expiration date indicated on the voucher, which is generally 1 year. If you register in the following year, you may need to pay a difference due to price changes.

3. DRX Sport Events, Information, and General Details:

The information provided by DRX Sport always reflects reality. Our customer service provides detailed information about every driving experience, which you can reach at info@drive-x.eu. Our events are held on predefined dates between April and November. At DRX Ring, Monor Ring, Euro Ring, and Slovakia Ring, events are held on weekends and weekdays several times during the season. At Hungaroring, 90% of the events are held on weekdays 1-2 times a month. Please follow the locations and dates specified during the registration process.

Please note that the high-performance race cars are not used in cold, slippery, snowy, or rainy weather, so it's essential to consider the expiration date of your experience (the autumn-winter season). Therefore, it's recommended to inquire via email before purchasing. In some cases, multiple participants may take part in the events, so there might be some waiting involved. The experience depends on weather conditions, so it's advisable to check whether the event will take place in case of bad weather. In case of cancellation due to weather, we will provide an opportunity to reschedule. Upon arrival at the location, guests must check in personally at the registration. The check-in and registration process includes filling out and signing the Vehicle Rental Agreement form, the details of which can be found here.

We kindly request our dear guests, that if they visit our event for the purpose of experiencing the drive, they should arrive in appropriate driving attire. Furthermore, we would like to draw the attention of our guests that the event organizer may check the participant's physical and mental condition at any time before using the vehicles.

Our events are organized outdoors, and the quality of our service is greatly dependent on weather conditions. Despite our vehicles being in excellent condition, there may be a malfunction, either before the event or during the event. If we cannot provide the required vehicle for the selected day (e.g., due to a malfunction), we offer the following three solutions to our on-site guests:

1. A gift of 2 laps of driving on a vehicle of our choice. Your original registration remains valid, and you have the option to book a new date.
2. We will replace the given vehicle with a similar category one in proportion to its price, with an additional lap added.
3. Reschedule to a new date for the original vehicle.

In case of changes to the program, our colleagues will always notify you as soon as possible of the cancellation of the date, primarily through the email address provided during registration and other contact information.

4. Vehicles Operated by DRX Sport:

Detailed descriptions of the cars can be found on the www.drive-x.eu website. The images shown on the website and promotional materials correspond to reality.

5. Payment Methods:

On our website, we provide the following payment options for our customers:

- Credit card via the SimplePay Online payment system. When using SimplePay Credit Card Payment, customers declare that their personal data stored in the user database of https://drive-x.eu may be transferred to OTP Mobil Kft. (1143 Budapest, Hungária körút 17-19.), as the data controller, by Energia West Kft., 2013 Pomáz Szőlőtelep utca 19. The transferred data includes: last name, first name, country, phone number, email address. The purpose of data transfer is customer service support, transaction confirmation, and fraud monitoring for user protection. 6. Use of DRX Gift Card:

With the presentation of the DRX Gift Card, you can enjoy the discounts listed on the www.drive-x.eu website at our place and at our designated partners. Because it not only provides discounts to our guests, but it can also be used for packages purchased as gifts, and it allows for unique discounts at our service partners!

For newly purchased driving experience packages on our website, it is possible to validate the Gift Card. Please contact our customer service for the validation process.

7. Warranty:

Consumer warranty claims are governed by the provisions of Chapter XXIV of Act V of 2013 on the Civil Code (Ptk) and the procedural rules for asserting warranty and guarantee claims for goods sold within the framework of consumer and business contracts, as set forth in Government Decree 19/2014 (IV. 29.) NGM. If it is discovered after ordering that the product is not in stock or the associated service cannot be provided at the desired time, Energia West Német-Magyar Kft. will contact the buyer and arrange for a modification or cancellation of the order, in which case the pre-paid amount will be refunded. Money will be refunded only by bank transfer.

8. Guarantee:

The Service Provider is subject to warranty obligations for its products, gifts, and services under the Civil Code and Government Decree 151/2003. In the event of warranty, they are only exempt from liability if they can prove that the defect can be attributed to improper use. The warranty period (warranty period) begins with actual performance, i.e., when the product is handed over to the Customer. Products listed on our website qualify as durable consumer goods, as listed in the annex to Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22) on mandatory warranty periods for individual durable consumer goods. We do not assume responsibility for external errors, whether they are related to printing, technical issues, organization, or outdoor services affected by weather conditions.

9. Right of Withdrawal:

Upon completion of the order, whether it can be received in person or delivered by mail, the purchaser or recipient must check the integrity of the package and then sign the acknowledgment of receipt. Subsequent complaints regarding deficiencies will not be accepted. In the case of quantity and/or quality complaints about the products, our supplier will immediately retrieve the defective product. If the customer withdraws from the purchase, the direct cost of returning the product shall be borne by the customer.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers in the following cases:

- Custom-made products, gifts, or services that, due to their nature, involve costs prior to performance or whose price depends on money market movements or fluctuations beyond the control of the business.
- In the case of non-premanufactured products, which were manufactured according to the consumer's specific request, based on the individual needs of the consumer (e.g., birthday events, personalized or custom gifts containing any personal data).

10. Complaints and Claims:

Our company, Energia West Német-Magyar Kft., is subject to warranty obligations under the Civil Code and Government Decree 151/2003 for its products, gifts, and services. This means that during the warranty period, they are only exempt from liability if they can prove that the defect cannot be attributed to improper use.
The warranty period for the product (service voucher) starts with the transfer of the product (service voucher) to the Customer. Our products/services, as found on our website, qualify as durable consumer goods. Therefore, individual durable consumer goods, as listed in the annex to Government Decree 151/2003 (IX.22), are subject to a mandatory one-year warranty period under the law. However, Energia West Német-Magyar Kft. or its employees do not take responsibility for errors outside their control (such as printing, technical, organizational/operational, or weather-related cancellations/changes in outdoor programs). We attempt to resolve complaints as soon as possible if feasible. If the investigation of the complaint is more complex, we try to complete it within a maximum of 15 business days.

11. Miscellaneous Provisions:

All of the above terms and requirements apply to every individual who makes a purchase on the drive-x.eu website. drive-x.eu reserves the right to change the rules without prior notice, which will be published on this webshop. Energia West Német-Magyar Kft. publishes the availability of the General Terms and Conditions on the ordering interface related to its websites, allowing customers to become aware of it. When ordering from the webshop, every customer declares that they have read and accepted the present business regulations, purchase conditions, and are aware of the order process. For the webshop order to be accepted and registered, the customer must expressly declare on the web interface before sending the order that they have read, accepted, and acknowledge the General Terms and Conditions as binding for them. We cannot assume any responsibility for damages or technical problems arising from the omission of this. Any part of Energia West Német-Magyar Kft.'s websites, including visual and textual content, may only be used with the prior written consent of Energia West Német-Magyar Kft., with proper attribution.

The recipient of the ordered services/products uses them at their own risk. Matters not regulated in these General Terms and Conditions are subject to the laws of Hungary, particularly the provisions of the Civil Code (Ptk).
